The Song Info window displays some basic information about the current song. The song's type and creator are displayed at the left. The popup menus beside each value allow you to select common types and creators from a built-in list. To the right, the song's length and signature are displayed. The signature is only useful to advanced musicians familiar with the MOD format. For that reason, it cannot be modified here.
